The tables (below) show MWSS testing results from October 15 through December 15, 2007. This years standard (warm) germination percentages are slightly lower than in 2006. Tray cold test percentages are also tracking lower than 2006, most noticeably in December of 2007. The saturated cold test percentages are significantly lower than 2006. The decreases seen in these tests appear, in part, to be due to an increase in lower quality carryover corn seed testing.
