Question #2:
Does this affect me?

Yes. If you order the tests or review test results, this is important information. In order to reduce the chance for ordering a wrong test (thus costing more money), the new test names must be used instead of the old ones.

Obsolete tests are:

RR
LL
AG CB

YG CCR
YG CB
YG RW

HX CB
HX RW

Question #3:
Does this affect the downloading of my test results?

Yes. Additional fields have been added for the trait tests. If you have a program that automatically extracts the data, it is necessary to incorporate these new fields. Click here for a sheet on the new data fields.

Question #4:
Will there be new sample bags?

Continue to use up your current supply of bags. The next batch of bags we order will have the new test names. Here is a definite advantage of using Sample Track®, because the new test names will be on your labels so you automatically have the latest tests.

Question #5:
Are the new test names in Sample Track®?

Yes, but not automatically. The new test names appear in Sample Track®, after you ‘Check for Updates’. Click here for an instruction sheet on ‘How To Check For Updates’.
