SGS MWSS OFFERS COLOR SORTING ON SHELLER RUN CORN

SGS MWSS offers laboratory color sorting of sheller run corn to assure germination and trait testing are representative of the finished sized and bagged corn product. Submit a two pound sample and we can use color sorting technology to approximate the amount removed prior to finishing and bagging. We report the percent of the sample which is scalped off by the color sorter, along with a photo of the scalped seeds. The fee for color sorting a two pound sample is $15 which includes application of seed treatment prior to performing laboratory testing for traits and germination.
